HOLOLIGHT DOT-RING CENTER is a newly innovated LED lighting device projecting highly visible point-to-ring light and a center-dot light powered by combining high-intensity light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and optical elements. A single device can mark both a warning zone underneath the crane and lifting hook position to assist in safe and efficient overhead crane operation.
HOLOLIGHT DOT-RING CENTER projects highly visible point-to-ring light and a single dot at the center of the circle. The circle gives a visual warning to help workers and bystanders be aware of the active crane. The center dot light assists the overhead crane operator with precise positioning when handling a heavy load.
Comparison of Lighting Pattern Size (Irradiation Distance: 10m(32ft))
*THe size of center dot is 0.2m (7.8in) dia.

A higher output type is added to HOLOLIGHT DOT-RING series to be used for higher overhead cranes. Compared to the standard type, high output series can project 1.5-2 times brighter lighting patterns. It provides outstanding visibility to increase safety, especially for workplaces where ambient illuminance is high or large overhead cranes (50ft +) are used.

An option to add an additional dot at a desired place around the dotted circle to help indicate the direction of the crane is now available. Crane operators usually look up every time to check the direction signage on the crane girder when handling a load. With this optional feature, the operator can use the dot as a guide for operating direction without taking their eyes off the ground, and it helps prevent mishandling.
